• The membership fee or any part thereof is non-refundable. The membership fee is non-transferable.
• The exercise programs and facilities in the club are designed with the members safety in mind but it is hereby agreed that such programs and facilities are used entirely at member’s own risk.
• Please wipe down equipment after use.
• All free weights, bars, gym balls etc must be returned to their racks after use.
• Any damage done to equipment, flooring, mirrors etc will be charged to those responsible for the damage.
• Lockers and their keys are provided by the receptionist upon request and must be returned to the reception after use. Loss of key will result in a 10,000 charge to customer.
• Lockers must be emptied when leaving the gym.
• The Cage is not responsible for any damage or loss of property on the premises.
• The member should himself report on accidents, incidents, and problems with services.
• In the event that I am injured or my property is lost or damaged, I will bring no claim, legal or otherwise, against The Cage operator or its servants and agents, in respect of that injury, loss or damage.
• The Cage prides itself on its ‘inclusivity’ and non-intimidating atmosphere, therefore any member using offensive language or behaviour to other members or staff could be asked to leave the premises and ultimately have their membership terminated.
• The Cage staff have the right to ask the customer to leave the premises and ultimately have their membership terminated if any violent action were to take place.
• The member agrees to observe the rules designed for the mutual benefit of all members. In the event that a member repeatedly disregards the rules his/her membership will be terminated without refund.
• The member agrees that he/she is over 16 years of age & that having understood the terms of agreement, agrees to abide by them.
• Car parking is at your own risk. The Cage does not accept any responsibility or loss or damage to vehicle or any valuables left in vehicles while on the premises.
• Memberships cannot be paused or extended due to any injuries/health/Vacation/unforeseeable conditions experienced after payment has been completed.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change or may be modified or expanded as deemed necessary by the management

I, being a parent or legal guardian of the person named in this Acknowledgement hereby acknowledge and agree that I have read the whole document and understand it;

• • I consent to the person, named in this Acknowledgement participating within the gym
• • I am aware of the risks, dangers and obligations set out above in this Acknowledgement
• • In consideration of the person named in the Acknowledgement being accepted to participate in any activity, I agree to release and indemnify THE CAGE and its staff, in the same manner and to the same effect and extent as if I were the person first named in this Acknowledgement and the person participating in any of these activities.
